Our ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 lime or lemon,juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons of chile powder
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
- 1 1/2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Preheat the oven to 400°F .
- sprinkle your baking tray with some vegetable oil.
- Wash the cauliflower head, cut off the base to remove any green leaves, and the stem.
- Mix the following together ( lime (or lemon) juice, cumin, garlic, chile powder,curry powder, yogurt, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Put the cauliflower into the bowl and put the marinade over its surface.
- Putthe cauliflower on the baking tray and roast for 30 to 40 minutes in the oven until its head is lightly browned. .
- Let the cauliflower cool for 10 minutes .
- Serve with green salad and herbs.
